Direct Primary Care Members
Our Direct Primary Care model is designed to make quality healthcare simple, affordable, and personal. We prioritize our members to ensure same-day or next-day appointments and unlimited access to compassionate, relationship-based care.
Membership covers everything from urgent visits to chronic disease management and preventive health. Each member receives a personalized care plan tailored to their goals, ensuring consistent, proactive support — not just treatment when something goes wrong.
Whether you’re a local resident or just passing through, we’re here when unexpected health needs arise. Our team provides prompt, compassionate care for minor illnesses and injuries — without the long waits or impersonal service often found elsewhere.
We prioritize our Direct Primary Care members, which means same-day or next-day availability is limited. However, when time allows us, we are more than happy to assist non-members who need medical care.

At Wolf & Willow Direct Care, we provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages. Our Direct Primary Care (DPC) model enables us to manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, with a focus on prevention, early intervention, and long-term health. If it affects your day-to-day well-being, there’s a good chance we can help.
** Direct primary care differs from traditional healthcare models because we do not bill insurance for your visit. Instead, patients pay us directly, either per visit, monthly, or annually as a member. This method safeguards our patients from unexpected medical bills with our transparent costs and compassionate care for those who need to be seen
Check out our list below to see some of the conditions we treat and services we can offer!
We love helping our patients with most of their everyday health needs.
HOWEVER,
Emergencies require emergency care. There are conditions, situations & medical emergencies our facility is ill-equipped to handle. If you are experiencing severe or life-threatening symptoms, such as those in the list below or otherwise, please go directly to the ER or call 911.
Difficulty Breathing or Severe Shortness of Breath
Severe Abdominal pain
Loss of Consciousness
Seizures
Severe Allergic Reactions
If you're unsure whether a symptom is an emergency, we are happy to help guide you. When in doubt, seeking emergency care is always the safest choice. For urgent questions, contact us -- we're always here and happy to guide you to the right level of care.
** PLEASE NOTE **
While we do manage a wide range of conditions, some cases may require referral to specialty providers for additional evaluation or ongoing care. This may include, but is not limited to, specialists in cardiology, endocrinology, urology, hematology, or other relevant fields. We are honored to provide the initial care, help coordinate next steps, and guide you to the most appropriate specialist based on your individual needs, while we continue to support you with your everyday needs.
