Our members have priority scheduling, but walk-ins are welcome as availability allows. Walk-in services may be limited. Prices are subject to change as patient panels fill up.

Walk-In & Join Today: We offer a limited number of walk-in appointments for non-members based on our daily capacity. If you sign up for a membership within 48 hours of your walk-in visit, we'll apply your walk-in fee toward your membership!

Transparent pricing matters to us. That's why we discuss any recommended labs or imaging - AND their costs - with you at your appointment, so you can decide what makes the most sense for you before any testing is ordered.

Common Questions:

Do I still need insurance??

Yes!

Insurance is your choice, BUT we strongly recommend having catastrophic insurance OR a high-deductible plan for emergencies, because you never know what may happen. Wolf & Willow covers your everyday, preventative primary care. This is the part you use the most!

Can I use HSA/FSA??

Yes!

Please check your plan's rules. Effective January 1, 2026: Patients can also use funds from an HSA to pay DPC fees, as long as monthly DPC fees do not exceed $150/mo. for Individuals or $300/mo. for Families, care is only provided by a primary care physician or clinician, and the payment is for primary care services, (i.e., NOT prescription drugs, some lab services/procedures requiring general anesthesia).

Are there copays??

NOPE! Zero. Nada.

Your membership covers all of your visits, so you don't have to think about money before you think about your health! No surprise charges, no mental math in the parking lot, no awkward front desk moment. It's really that simple.

We firmly believe that you should not have to avoid the clinic due to paying at the door. If you're sick/or need to talk, please COME IN!

We do not bill insurance at all. That means way fewer hoops to jump through, more of your providers' undivided attention to what matters (YOU), and clear-as-day pricing that won't break the bank and you can actually understand.

How many visits are included in a membership??

Visits are UNLIMITED.

Yes, you're reading that correctly! If you're sick, concerned, or just need some advice - come in! No limitations, no guilt, no stress. Just healthcare the way it used to be: Easy.

While visits really are truly unlimited, we do still kindly ask that you schedule and use appointments thoughtfully so we can care for all our members. Please keep in mind we are human too. As a small, local team with families of our own, we believe great care works best with mutual respect for each other's time and availability.

Prices are listed in groups for convenience. Please keep in mind that memberships are per person, not per household, so our Founding Membership spots will fill up fast!

For example: A family plan with 2 adults + 3 kids counts as five memberships, not one.

Founding Family Rates are based on how many members you want included in your plan.
